Florida native tree to 80′ with milky latex. Foliage glossy green, to 8″ long, simple; flowers inconspicuous but beloved by pollinators; fruit an 1″ long yellow drupe with sticky flesh.
Once valued for its timber, it finds new value as a wildlife attractant.
