This is a clustering species endemic to northern Papua New Guinea. It grows to 15-20 ft with a 2-3 ft crown shaft. It has five foot long pinnate leaves. The regularly arranged leaflets have jagged tips and are medium to dark green above and lighter beneath. The terminal leaflets are larger.
